Resisting the ugliness that comes with aging

     I turned 50 in 2023.

Aging presents a real challenge to happiness. As our bodies slowly fall apart, taking on unpleasant characteristics becomes easier and easier. We tend towards grouchiness, impatience, worry and selfishness, among other ugly qualities.

In this thirty-minute talk, I will share, in entertaining fashion, four goals I’ve set to help me beat back the ugliness that comes with aging.

  1. Latch onto the little joys
  2. Let nothing stop you from reaching your goals
  3. Love everyone you can
  4. Laugh at yourself

I hope you will enjoy listening to this as much as I enjoyed creating it.
