In Search of Better Stories

Easter Morning from Lego Land

Who knew that the disciples of Jesus lived in trees and that Mary Magdalene spread the good news riding a Jaguar. The story of resurrection morning using Lego and the wonderful imaginations of kids!

My kids were keen to try out various English accents they’ve been working on. So we did a do over on the above video this time with accents! Do they sound convincing? In a multi-cultural city like Vancouver English is spoken in so many wonderful ways!

Happy Easter everyone!

  1. He is Risen indeed! Hearing the story through the imagination of kids adds a refreshing touch to a timeless event. I could almost envision Jemma’s glee & delight as she participated in the production. I would love to see an interview with the cast of director, producers, actors on their behind the scenes challenges or how they approached their respective roles, especially who did those accents in the 2nd version! I think the Lego exec’s should give all of you a reward for the creative uses of their product!
